To observe the efficacy of Montelukast combined with sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) in the treatment of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) complicated with allergic rhinitis (AR). ⋯ Montelukast combined with sublingual immunotherapy offers many advantages, such as effectively controlling nasal allergy symptoms in children with OSAHS complicated with allergic rhinitis and improving OSAHS symptoms.

To compare the efficacy of topical Nepafenac 0.1 % and Diclofenac 0.1% eye drops in reducing the aqueous cells in the anterior chamber in an un-eventful post cataract surgery. ⋯ Topical Nepafenac 0.1% was more effective in suppressing the anterior chamber inflammation as compared to diclofenac during the early few post-operative weeks.

To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for patients with axillary lymph node-negative breast cancer (ALNNBC). ⋯ Ultrasonic diagnosis of ALNNBC is relatively efficient as ultrasonographic features and ultrasound blood flow signals can provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis of ALNNBC.

To investigate the value of early laboratory indicators combined with the pancreatitis activity scoring system in assessing the severity and prognosis of acute pancreatitis (AP). ⋯ Early elevation of PASS, IL-6, PCT and WBC in patients suffering from AP is of great significance in predicting SAP. PASS score combined with IL-6, PCT and WBC has important value in evaluating the severity and prognosis of AP.

To assess the understanding of the patients with common mental disorders, towards issues related to their mental health. ⋯ Stigma, both public and personal, was quite high, which caused patients to feel compelled to conceal their illness. There was also a general lack of knowledge with regard to mental disorders in our society. The general public opinion about mental health professionals was not favorable.
