Nearly 80 million of the Pakistani population received two doses of the BBIBP-CorV vaccine, against SARS-CoV-2, and 2.6 million people received heterologous booster doses up to February 2022. Our objective was to measure the long-term change of antibody titers in persons vaccinated with Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 following two doses of BBIBP-CorV. ⋯ A heterologous booster dose with Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine following two doses of BBIBP results in increased total antibody titers, though neutralizing antibody titers may start to wane a few months after the booster dose.

Case Reports
A large abdominal cyst as a manifestation of pelviureteric junction obstruction in a neonate.
Intraabdominal cystic lesions diagnosed during antenatal period are uncommon. They are found to have varying origins, with renal tract being the most common site. Rarely, a large unilateral cystic lesion of renal origin is caused by Pelviureteric junction obstruction, crossing the midline, leading to compression of the contralateral kidney. ⋯ This is an unusual presentation of a commonly occurring condition, usually such large cyst at birth origins from alimentary tract rather renal system. It is important to understand unusual presentations of intraabdominal lesions and the associated pathology. It is mandatory to rule out renal obstruction, if there is any decompression of renal function, it is mandatory to save renal function till the time of definitive surgery.

To review oncological outcomes of laparoscopic extralevator abdominoperineal excision (LAP-ELAPE) for low rectal cancer. In locally advanced low rectal cancer, ELAPE which is en-bloc resection of levator muscles along with the tumor in a prone position has significantly decreased the rate of having either positive circumferential resection margin (CRM) or tumor perforation. The aim of the study was to determine the oncological outcomes of laparoscopic extralevator abdominoperineal excision (LAP-ELAPE) for low rectal cancer. ⋯ For locally advanced low rectal cancer, ELAPE has evolved as a safe oncological procedure with acceptable outcomes.

To explore the prognostic value and correlation between the risk of lymph node metastasis (LNM) and Guanylate-binding Protein 1 (GBP1) in breast cancer (BC) patients. ⋯ Patients with BC and a higher expression of GBP1 could be at an increased risk of LNM. Elevations in GBP1 expression can also suggest a poor prognosis for patients with BC.
