To assess the effectiveness and accuracy of deep brain stimulation in Parkinsonian Disease (PD). ⋯ Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is an effective treatment option for a carefully selected patient. DBS improves tremors, dyskinesias, rigidity, motor fluctuations and bradykinesia. DBS is unlikely to benefit Autonomic dysfunction, cognitive disorders, hypophonia, and postural instability. Although it is an expensive treatment compared to lesioning or gamma knife, it is reversible.

To investigate the clinical effects of NRLP1 expression in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) combined with arrhythmia. ⋯ The NLRP1 pathway is associated with the presence of arrhythmias after PCI treatments, and the NLRP1 expression level may be useful as a predictor of arrhythmia in patients with STEMI.

Mental health in children and young people is a global public health concern. With the increasing prevalence of mental illnesses and a significant treatment gap, Mental Health in children and adolescents is now a global public health concern. ⋯ The emergence of AI based alternatives could be a viable solution for reducing mental health treatment gap for people belonging to low and middle income countries. Development of Chatbots like ChatGPT which is trained, using large amount of textual data from the internet, can revolutionize child and adolescent mental healthcare by acting as an effective assisting tool but a lot of caution is required for its safe and responsible use in times to come.e.

To determine the frequency of inappropriate blood product transfusions in pediatric critically ill patients. ⋯ This study highlights the occurrence of inappropriate transfusions in critically ill pediatric patients. We need to reinforce the knowledge of our health care workers and display the guidelines in intensive care units.

To investigate the clinical changes of serum melatonin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) levels in patients with basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). ⋯ Low serum melatonin levels and high ICAM-1 levels are associated with poor prognosis in patients with HICH and can be used as predictors of patients' prognosis.
