To investigate the effect of azithromycin on the levels of serum inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with gynecological mycoplasma infection. ⋯ Azithromycin used in clinical treatment of patients with gynecological mycoplasma infection can effectively improve anti-inflammatory and immune response, improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment and reduce adverse reactions.
