To observe the changes of blood gas and serum indexes in patients with acute heart failure complicated with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator-assisted ventilation. ⋯ In patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure, noninvasive ventilator-assisted ventilation results in improved blood gas analysis indexes and lower levels of heart disease markers, NT-pro BNP and cTnI.

To investigate the clinical correlation between the expression of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) as well as cognitive impairment and disease burden in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. ⋯ Patients with first-episode schizophrenia have remarkably increased expression levels of serum TNF-α and iNOS, which is associated with cognitive impairment and disease burden.

To investigate the prediction performance of serum placental growth factor (PLGF), free human chorionic gonadotropin β (β-hCG) and pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A) levels in early pregnancy for pregnancy outcomes. ⋯ Serum PLGF, PAPP-A and β-hCG in early pregnancy are more effective in predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes. Clinical monitoring of patients with increased PLGF, decreased PAPP-A, and increased β-hCG should be strengthened, especially the monitoring of antepartum examination and B-ultrasound detection of pregnant women with abnormal indicators in middle and late pregnancy, so as to identify adverse pregnancy outcomes as early as possible and give targeted intervention.

To study the correlation of eradication and recurrence with IL-1 β, IL-6 and TNF-α levels in children with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. ⋯ Higher levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α may affect the eradication effect of triple therapy in Children with Hp infection, and increased levels of IL-6 and TNF-α may affect the recurrence rate of Hp infection in children.

To study the effects of anisodamine-tirofiban combined therapy on cardiac function and serological expression of serum NGF and ESM-1 in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). ⋯ The combined treatment of anisodamine-tirofiban in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) can recover NGF and ESM-1 related proteins, improve postoperative myocardial perfusion, and accelerate the recovery of cardiac function. It is worth promoting in clinic.
