To determine the prevalence of asymptomatic cardiac autonomic neuropathy and its association with risk factors among patients with Type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). ⋯ CAN was highly prevalent in diabetic population that may lead to nephropathy and retinopathy in future. It is highly recommended to use sensitive and simple CARTs in clinics for early detection and early treatment of CAN.

To evaluate the effect of sintilimab combined with chemotherapy on tumor markers and immune function in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. ⋯ Compared with chemotherapy alone, significant therapeutic effects can be obtained in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with sintilimab combined with chemotherapy. With this combination regimen, the level of serum tumor markers can be significantly reduced, the cellular immune function of patients can be improved, with the overall response rate of treatment increased, and the risk of progressive disease of patients reduced.

It is known that the prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is increased in acromegaly. Craniofacial anomalies, macroglossia, and thickening of the laryngeal wall caused by the increase in soft tissue in these patients lead to OSA. Also, the increase in growth hormone can trigger central apnea by causing a decrease in respiratory drive. Determining the polysomnographic characteristics of acromegaly patients is important to reveal the effect of these mechanisms. ⋯ Considering that the prevalence of OSA in the population is approximately 5%, our results show that the risk of OSA in acromegaly increases, and obstructive pathways are effective in this increase. The probability of OSA occurrence and polysomnographic features between the genders are similar. Although the median BMI of the patients with and without OSA was similar, the median age was higher in the group with OSA, middle-aged acromegaly patients should be evaluated in terms of OSA even if there is no obvious obesity.

Case Reports
An unusual case of Adrenocortical Adenocarcinoma with Biochemical Masquerade of Pheochromocytoma.
Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare malignancy that arises from the adrenal cortex and often presents as adrenal incidentaloma on abdominal scans with rise in the use of imaging modalities. ACC often presents as Cushing's syndrome or virilization. On the other hand, pheochromocytoma is an adrenal medullary tumor. ⋯ She was treated with alpha blockers before surgery as a prophylactic measure. Surgical pathology was consistent with the diagnosis of primary adrenal adenocarcinoma. We recommend that adrenal incidentalomas should be followed annually for up to five years as per American association of Endocrinology and the Endocrine Society guidelines to prevent morbidity and mortality in patients.
