To isolate dental pulp mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from non-infected human permanent and deciduous teeth. ⋯ The protocol we developed is easy and consistent and can be used to generate reliable source of MScs for engineering of calcified and non-calcified tissue for regenerative medicine approaches.

To observe the effect of intravenous infusion of immune globulin in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia. ⋯ Immunoglobulin was significantly effective in the adjuvant treatment of children with severe pneumonia, and it can rapidly improve the improvement of symptoms, enhance immune function and inhibit inflammatory reaction; therefore it is worth promotion.

To investigate the efficacy of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) intravenous thrombolysis in combination with mild hypothermia therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. ⋯ rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in combination with mild hypothermia therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively relieve neurological function. Its action mechanism may be realized by relieving oxidative stress response.

Therefore, an equal improvements in both areas should be made on the priority basis to retain the happy nurses to deliver excellent healthcare services.
