Imagine to Remember: An Episodic Future Thinking Intervention to Improve Medication Adherence in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes.
Medication nonadherence is prevalent in diabetic populations, with "forgetting" a commonly cited reason. This issue of forgetfulness is due, in part, to a failure of prospective memory (PM). Episodic future thinking (EFT) has been shown to improve PM but has not been used to improve medication adherence. ⋯ This study provides a feasible way to improve medication adherence in patients with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.

Immediate Postnatal Care Satisfaction and Associated Factors Among Postnatal Women in Public Health Facilities at Debre Markos Town, Northwest Ethiopia, 2021.
Immediate postnatal care (PNC) satisfaction is considered as the desired outcome of the health care system and determines the use of subsequent health care services. There is a paucity of evidence on the level of immediate PNC satisfaction in the study setting. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the level of immediate PNC satisfaction and associated factors among women who gave birth in Debre Markos town public health institutions, northwest Ethiopia. ⋯ Women's satisfaction with immediate PNC was higher than the national achievements of targets for the client satisfaction. Therefore, health-care providers should encourage frequent ANC visits, friendly care, and companionship to increase the level of immediate PNC satisfaction.

Evaluation of Self-Medication with Antibiotics in Primary Care Clinics in Palestine.
Antibiotics are highly effective medications and essential in curing infectious diseases; however, their inappropriate use, such as self-medication, is a significant factor in developing antimicrobial resistance. ⋯ Self-medication with antibiotics is a common practice in Palestine, regardless of socioeconomic or educational status. Patients' educations about complications from inappropriate use and the possibility of side effects are essential steps to decrease patients' demands for antibiotics. Furthermore, compliance and adherence of community pharmacists in dispensing antibiotics only with a prescription is necessary.

Willingness to Receive COVID-19 Vaccination Among Adult Diabetes Patients in Woldia Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, North Ethiopia; A Cross-Sectional Study.
According to recently published data, individuals infected with COVID-19 having concomitant diabetes may experience disease worsening or even death. The purpose of this study was to determine diabetes patients' willingness to get the COVID-19 vaccine as well as its magnitude and determinants. ⋯ Most of the study participants were willing to get the COVID-19 immunization. The relevant agency should make the immunization available in order to enhance disease control and reduce infection-related complications with special consideration of diabetes patients.

Chilean Patients' Perception of Their Oral Health-Related Quality of Life After Bichectomy.
To describe the quality of life associated with oral health in patients who have had bichectomy surgery in Chile using the Spanish version of the health-Related Quality of Life instrument (HRQOL-sp). ⋯ Interference in quality of life associated with bichectomy surgery is greatest on the first postoperative day. Complications and pain levels decreased significantly over time.
