Development and Validation of a New Patient-Reported Outcome Measure in the Arabic Language for Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis in Saudi Arabia.
In Western countries, several patient-reported outcomes (PROs) measures have been developed and validated for knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients. While few PROs have been adopted for these patients in Saudi Arabia, which do not reflect all aspects of the Saudi socio-cultural context. Given this shortcoming, this study aimed to develop a new PRO measure in Arabic that covers all concepts related to health, function, and participation encompassing environmental and personal factors. ⋯ The 33-item new Arabic PRO measure is a well-accepted, reliable, and valid tool for use in knee OA patients in the Saudi cultural context.

Influencing Factor Analysis of First-Choice Medical Institutions for Aging People in China.
This study aimed to analyze first-choice medical institutions for middle-aged and older adults in Fujian Province to promote the development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment for them. ⋯ To realize high-quality hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and integrated health service system construction, it is important to improve the service capacity of primary medical institutions, increase the training of family doctors, implement the contract coverage of family doctors, optimize the allocation and geographical layout of primary medical institutions, ensure adequate income levels, and promote township hospital staff.

Parental Hesitancy on COVID-19 Vaccination for Children Under Five Years in Thailand: Role of Attitudes and Vaccine Literacy.
Global vaccination efforts to control the COVID-19 pandemic may be impeded by vaccine hesitancy. Attitudes and vaccine literacy are important factors that reduce vaccine hesitancy. The role of attitudes and vaccine literacy of parents on COVID-19 vaccine intention for their children under five years was unknown. ⋯ Parents should be provided with accurate information from healthcare personnel and media sources about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine for young children under five years of age to overcome their hesitancy.

Adherence to Inhalation Devices in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) affects millions of people around the world. Poor adherence to treatment contributes to increased severity of symptoms, morbidity, and mortality. The objective of this study was to establish the adherence of patients diagnosed with COPD by their devices for inhalation in a group of patients, Colombia. ⋯ Adherence to treatment with inhaled bronchodilators and glucocorticoids were not very high, with no significant differences by type of inhalation device. Satisfaction and training by specialists increased adherence.

An Age-Stratified Cross-Sectional Study of Physical Activity and Exercise Adherence of Stroke Survivors in Rural Regions.
To describe the Physical Activity and Exercise (PAE) adherence of stroke survivors in rural regions, additionally, to analyze the influential factors through age stratification. ⋯ It is necessary to improve the knowledge of physical activity in rural stroke patients of all ages. It is of great significance to install home rehabilitation equipment to promote exercise for young and middle-aged stroke patients. While for the old stroke patients, we strongly suggest focusing on the role of spouses, which would be more useful in low-income regions.
