Observational Study[Choice of assessment time after fluid challenge in patients with septic shock].
To explore the short-term hemodynamic change of fluid challenge (FC) with crystalloid or colloid and define fluid responsiveness at the optimal time in patients with septic shock. ⋯ Hemodynamic changes were significantly different between crystalloid and colloid after FC in patients with septic shock. Therefore, the timing of fluid responsiveness assessment should be different individually. The assessment time of colloid group may be prolonged to 30 minutes after FC while that of crystal group can be at 10 minute after FC.

[Investigation of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Zhengzhou City and the risk factors of prognosis of cardiopulmonary resuscitation: case analysis for 2016-2018].
To analyze the first aid situation of patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) in Zhengzhou City, and to explore the related factors affecting the prognosis of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in patients with OHCA. ⋯ (1) Male patients with OHCA in Zhengzhou City were more than female patients, and the age of most patients was older than 60 years old. OHCA often happened at home, followed by public places. The etiology was mainly cardiogenic, followed by trauma. EMS response time was a little long, the success rate of recovery was low, and pre-hospital emergency treatment needs to be further improved. (2) Bystander CPR, shockable rhythm, duration of CPR < 10 minutes and epinephrine dose < 5 mg were beneficial to ROSC.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effects of different target blood pressure resuscitation on peripheral blood inflammatory factors and hemodynamics in patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock].
To investigate the target blood pressure level of restrictive fluid resuscitation in patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock. ⋯ When patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock received restrict fluid resuscitation at MAP of 65-70 mmHg, the effect of reducing systemic inflammatory response and improving hemodynamics is better than the target MAP at 60-65 mmHg or 70-75 mmHg. It is suggested that 65-70 mmHg may be an ideal target MAP level for restrictive fluid resuscitation.

[Survey on the use of point-of-care ultrasound detection in 300 emergency departments of tertiary hospital in China in 2018].
To investigate the possession of ultrasound equipment and use of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) in emergency department of tertiary hospitals in China to figure out the present condition of POCUS in the emergency department. ⋯ The propagation of POCUS in emergency department is needed to develop in tertiary hospitals in China. The right way to clean the probes need to be emphasized.
