Comparative Study[Effects of different fluid resuscitation regimes on lung injury and expression of pulmonary aquaporin 1 and aquaporin 5 in uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock in rats].
To investigate the effects of different fluid resuscitation regimes on lung injury and expression of pulmonary aquaporin 1 (AQP1) and AQP5 in rats with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock. ⋯ Uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock may induce lung injury and pulmonary edema as well as down regulation of the expression of AQP1 and AQP5 in rats. Resuscitation with hypertonic fluids, especially with HES, can reduce lung damage and pulmonary edema in this kind of shock. The cause may be due in part to maintenance of the expression of AQP1 and/or AQP5 in the lung. Pulmonary AQP1 and AQP5 play an important role in fluid transportation.

[Effect of fluid resuscitation for hemorrhagic shock on oxygenation of subjects in early period of first visit of high altitude area, an experimentation on dogs].
To investigate the effect of fluid resuscitation on oxygenation of subjects with hemorrhagic shock in early period of first visit to area of high altitude, an experiment in dogs was performed. ⋯ All dogs with serious hemorrhagic shock would die of hemorrhagic shock in the early period of entering a high altitude area if fluid resuscitation is denied. Two hours after infusion of LR in 1.5 times of quantity of blood loss, oxygenation can be restored to expected normal values. Infusion of 6% HES with an equal volume of blood loss, oxygenation dose not reach expected level 2 hours after resuscitation.

[Protecting effect of mesenteric lymph duct ligation on vital organs of rats with hemorrhagic shock].
To investigate the protecting effect of mesenteric lymph duct ligation on cytokine expression and pathological changes in intestine, liver and lung in rats with hemorrhagic shock. ⋯ Mesenteric lymph duct ligation can decrease the expressions of TNF-alpha mRNA and IL-6 mRNA in intestine, liver and lung tissue and attenuate the damage to these organs in rats with hemorrhagic shock. It plays a vital role in protecting the organ functions.

[The effect of carbachol on pulmonary vascular permeability and lung water content during oral fluid resuscitation of burn shock induced by a 50% total body surface area full-thickness flame injury in dogs].
To investigate the effects of carbachol (CAR) on pulmonary vascular permeability and pulmonary water content during oral fluid resuscitation of burn shock. ⋯ The results indicate that CAR inhibits inflammatory response and oxidative damage in lung tissue, and alleviates pulmonary vascular permeability and lung edema during oral fluid resuscitation of burn shock.
