[Study of the effect of p53 and Bcl-2 protein expression in myocardial apoptosis in septic rats].
To explore the significance of p53 and Bcl-2 gene in myocardial apoptosis in septic rats. ⋯ Myocardial apoptosis may be a mechanism of the pathogenesis of myocardial injury in sepsis. The change in the modulating genes p53 and Bcl-2 of apoptosis may serve as indicators of myocardial injury. p53 and Bcl-2 gene may be used as an interventional means in sepsis to change its outcome.

[Effects of anisodamine on microcirculation of the asystole rats during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation].
To study the effects of anisodamine (Ani) on microcirculation and reperfusion volume of intestine wall in Wistar rats during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for cardiac arrest (CA). ⋯ Administration of Ani at earlier period of resuscitation could improve microcirculation of the tissue and raise ROSC rate and successful rate of resuscitation.

[Relationship between flash visual evoked potential and severity and prognosis in critically ill patients].
To explore the relationship between flash visual evoked potential (fVEP) and severity and prognosis in critically ill patients in intensive care unit (ICU). ⋯ fVEP reflects the prognosis and severity of critically ill patients in ICU. Especially, it maybe used as a tool for predicting death and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in the patients with no primary intracranial lesion but with mental impairment.

[Effect of opening of neuronal mitochondrial permeability transition pore on respiratory function after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats].
To investigate the effect of opening of neuronal mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP) on respiratory function after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in rats and its possible mechanism. ⋯ The opening of MPTP is the main cause of aggravation of energy metabolism disturbance of neural cells after CPR. To take measures to inhibit the opening of MPTP within 12 hours after ROSC may promote improvement of neuronal mitochondrial function, and it might help win the chances for neural function to recover.
