Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparison of the effects of BiPAP ventilation combined with lung recruitment maneuvers and low tidal volume A/C ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To compare the effects of BiPAP ventilation combined with lung recruitment maneuvers (LRM) with low tidal volume A/C ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ The results show that combination of LRM with BiPAP mode ventilation, as compared with the control group, contributes to improved FiO2/PaO2 ratio, pulmonary compliance, stable hemodynamic and shorter duration of ventilation support in patients with ARDS.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[Effect of 1-year specific immunotherapy with standardized house dust mite vaccine on mild to moderate allergic asthmatic patients].
To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy (SIT) with standardized house dust mite (HDM) vaccine on allergic asthmatic patients. ⋯ One year specific immunotherapy with standardized house dust mite (HDM) vaccine significantly improved symptoms and reduced medication use in mild to moderate allergic asthmatic patients. SIT also reduced skin prick test reactivity to Der p. Complying with the EAACI immunotherapy guidelines, SIT with standardized HDM vaccine was a safe treatment.

To compare the outcome of the SmartCare and spontaneous breathing trials (SBT) for weaning old patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). ⋯ The SmartCare is better than SBT in weaning patients with COPD within 7 days.

Randomized Controlled Trial[A controlled clinical trial of long course chemotherapy regimens containing rifabutin in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis].
To evaluate the curative effect and safety of a long course regimen containing Chinese-made rifabutin as compared to the regimen containing rifapentine in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. ⋯ Regimens containing rifabutin or rifapentine. are very effective in sputum negative conversion rate, lesion absorption and cavity closing for the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, with good safety and tolerance.
