Randomized Controlled Trial[Influence of different tranexamic acid administration methods during and after cardiac surgery on coagulation function and postoperative blood loss].
To evaluate the influence of different tranexamic acid administration methods during and after cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) on coagulation function and postoperative bleeding. ⋯ Compared with intraoperative administration alone, prolonged treatment with tranexamic acid after cardiac surgery shows no advantage because it can not further improve coagulant function, reduce bleeding, or reduce allogeneic blood transfusion.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Role of target controlled infusion of remifentanil for the prevention of etomidate induced myoclonus during general anesthesia].
To explore the preventive effect of etomidate-induced myoclonus by different concentrations of target-controlled infusion of remifentanil. ⋯ Myoclonus induced by etomidate under general anesthesia can be prevented by target controlled infusion of remifentanil, with 2-3 f.Lg/L being the optimal concentration.

Comparative StudyComparison of whole body diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging and somatostatin receptor scintigraphy for oncogenic osteomalacia.
To compare the accuracy of whole body diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (WB-DWI) with that of somatostatin receptor scintigraphy (SRS) in the detection and localization of the lesions in patients with oncogenic osteomalacia (OOM). ⋯ For adult patients with osteomalacia, WB-DWI and SRS can provide mutually supportive data and be used for identifying potential oncogenic osteomalacia.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Efficacy of intravenous scopolamine for preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting after cesarean section].
To observe the efficacy of intravenous scopolamine in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) after cesarean section (CS). ⋯ Intravenous scopolamine (0.3 mg), with a comparable efficacy as ondansetron 4 mg, can effectively decrease the incidence of PONV after CS.
