Randomized Controlled Trial[A prospective randomized controlled trial of pancreatic duct stent internal versus external drainage with pancreaticojejunostomy for the early curative effect after pancreaticoduodenectomy].
To investigate the effect of pancreatic duct stent internal versus external drainage with pancreaticojejunostomy on the early curative effect after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). ⋯ Pancreatic duct stent external drainage can effectively reduce the morbidity of pancreatic fistula and the overall complications after PD, which is safe and feasible. The method is worthy of popularization and application clinically.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study Comparative Study[The role of perioperative enteral and parenteral nutrition treatment in pancreatic cancer: a multicenter, prospective randomized controlled trial].
To compare the two different nutritional supports, enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in the aspects of nutritional conditions, immune status, the incidence of perioperative complications and quality of life impacts in pancreatic cancer. ⋯ Enteral nutritional support could not decrease the incidence of perioperative complications in pancreatic cancer patient, but it can improve the immunonutrition status in comparison with parenteral nutrition.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Early removal of the chest tube after lobectomies: a prospective randomized control study].
To evaluate the feasibility and safety of early chest tube removal after lobectomies for lung diseases. ⋯ Compared to the traditional management group (drainage ≤ 100 ml/24 h), early removal of chest tube after lobectomy (drainage ≤ 300 ml/24 h) is feasible and safe. It could result in a shorter hospital stay, and most importantly, reduces morbidity without the added risk of complications.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effectiveness and safety of tranexamic acid in patients receiving on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting without clopidogrel and aspirin cessation].
To evaluate the effectiveness and safty of tranexamic acid in patients receiving on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) without clopidogrel and aspirin cessation. ⋯ Tranexamic acid reduced significantly postoperative bleeding and transfusion in patients receiving on-pump CABG without clopidogrel and aspirin cessation.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparative study on the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation: coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction combined with hook plate fixation or suture-anchor fixation].
To investigate the clinical outcomes of acromioclavicula (AC) joint dislocation treated with coracoclavicular (CC) ligament reconstruction and hook plate fixation/suture-anchor fixation. ⋯ The clinical outcomes of AC joint dislocation treated with CC ligament reconstruction and suture-anchor fixation are better than those treated with CC ligament reconstruction and hook plate fixation. The AC and CC distances increase after the removal of hook plate, which may be associated with poor functional recovery.
