Randomized Controlled Trial[Adjuvant effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation in propofol-fentanyl anesthesia in partial mastectomy].
To evaluate the adjuvant effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) in propofol-fentanyl anesthesia in partial mastectomy. ⋯ TEAS provides an adjuvant effect in propofol-fentanyl anesthesia and obviously enhances the analgesia effect.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of plasma fibrinogen level-based defibrase therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction].
To evaluate the therapeutic effect of individualized defibrase therapy according to the level of plasma fibrinogen (FIB) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). ⋯ Defibrase therapy based on plasma FIB level can rapidly and effectively lower plasma FIB, reduce neurological impairment and improve the quality of life in patients with ACI.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Remifentanil preconditioning lowers cardiac troponin I levels in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery].
To investigate the value of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels in assessing myocardial protection by remifentanil precondition against myocardial injury induced by off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB). ⋯ Remifentanil preconditioning decreases the cTnI levels and reduces myocardial injury induced by OPCAB.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Epidural butorphanol analgesia in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of continuous epidural analgesia (CEA) with butorphanol in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement. ⋯ CEA with butorphanol is safe and effective for the treatment of postoperative pain in elderly patients and causes less adverse effects than morphine.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of propofol and isoflurane on surgical stress response and postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients].
To investigate the effect of propofol and isoflurane on surgical stress response and postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients. ⋯ Compared with isoflurane, propofol intravenous anesthesia is associated with rapid recovery of the cognitive function, stable surgical stress response and reduced adverse effects in elderly patients.
