[miR-143 inhibits proliferation and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells via down-regulation of TLR2 expression].
To detect the expression of microRNA-143 (miR-143) in hepatocellular carcinoma and investigate whether transfection of miR-143 could influence the biological behaviors of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. ⋯ The miR-143 expression was low in hepatic carcinoma and its over-expression could down-regulate the expressions of TLR2, NF-κB, MMP-2 and MMP-9.

[Dachengqi decoction reduces the serum levels of mast cell tryptase and inflammatory cytokines in rabbits with post-cardiac arrest syndrome].
To observe the effects of Dachengqi decoction on serum levels of mast cell tryptase, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in rabbits with post-cardiac arrest syndrome (PCAS). ⋯ Dachengqi decoction can reduce the serum levels of mast cell tryptase, MCP-1 and IL-8 in rabbits with post-cardiac arrest syndrome.

[Establishment and evaluation of an in vitro method for neutrophil extracellular trap generation and degradation].
To evaluate a novel method for in vitro generation and degradation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), which are a newly recognized structure that is involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and thrombosis. ⋯ This work established an efficient method for in vitro generation and degradation of human NETs.

[Myeloid-derived Gr-1⁺ CD11b⁺ suppressor cells are involved in immunoregulation of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis].
To explore the change in the number and role of Gr-1⁺ CD11b⁺ myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). ⋯ EAE induces an expansion and aggregation of Gr-1⁺ CD11b⁺ MDSCs in spleens and spinal cords. These cells suppress T cell proliferation in vitro and are involved in the immunoregulation of EAE.

[The decline in lung function is associated with a decrease in the number of BTLA⁺ lymphocytes and regulatory T cells in patients with rheumatism].
To investigate the relationships between B, T lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA), regulatory T (Treg) cells and reduced lung function of patients with rheumatism. ⋯ The decline in lung function of patients with rheumatism is related to down-regulation of BTLA, Tregs and excessively abnormal activation of T and B cells.
