[Effects of hemoperfusion on plasma concentration and histopathological changes in paraquat poisoning rabbits].
To observe the effects of hemoperfusion on plasma concentration and histopathological changes in paraquat (PQ) poisoning rabbits. ⋯ When acute PQ poising, rabbits appeared the quick absorption, high toxicity and long half-life time of PQ. The early hemoperfusion can effectively remove the toxicant in plasma and reduce the pathological injury in major organs, which may be beneficial for further treatment.

[Urinary neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (uNGAL) and early diagnosis of paraquat poisoning patients with acute kidney injury].
To explore the use of the urinary neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin (uNGAL) in the early diagnosis of paraquat poisoning patients with acute kidney injury (AKI). ⋯ The uNGAL level of urine in paraquat intoxication patients at 2 h after admission significantly enhanced, which is earlier than enhanced SCr. So the uNGAL level of urine may serve as early diagnostic biomarker for AKI induced by paraquat intoxication.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Studying the therapeutic effects of hemoperfusion with continuous venovenous hemofiltration on the patients with acute paraquat poisoning].
To explore the therapeutic effects of hemoperfusion (HP) with continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) on the patients with acute paraquat poisoning. ⋯ The combined therapy of HP and CVVH can prevent the patients with acute paraquat poisoning from early death and prolong the survival duration, but can not reduce mortality for the patients with acute paraquat poisoning.

[Situation of pesticide poisoning in Huzhou from 2006 to 2009].
To understand the situations of pesticide poisoning in Huzhou and take preventive strategy and measures against the pesticide poisoning. ⋯ The incidence and the fatality rate of occupational pesticide poisoning were reduced in the city. However, more attention should be paid to non-occupational pesticides poisoning. To decrease the numbers of pesticide poisoning and the risks of death, the relevant departments should take preventive strategy and measures against the pesticide poisoning.
