In order to identify and classify the basic CT appearances of interstitial pneumonia, radiologic -pathologic correlative study was performed using inflated and fixed lungs from autopsy and surgery. The patterns of the abnormalities on the CT images of interstitial pneumonia were classified into 7 categories. ⋯ Based on the result of above study, we analyzed CT of 22 patients with IIP. The lesions which were classified into a hazy density, micronodular densities, confluence of various sized ring like shadows and subpleural bullous changes were frequently recognized together mostly in the periphery of the lung.

[MRI findings of locked-in syndrome--a case report].
We report a case of Locked-in syndrome caused by thrombus in basilar artery resulting in a brainstem infarction in the ventral pons, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows abnormal signal intensity regions in the ventral pons and basilar artery clearly.

Recently abdominal actinomycosis is rare. Its diagnosis is difficult because it resembles malignant diseases. We reported a case of abdominal actinomycosis considered to be of the stomach origin and attempted to correlate the radiological findings with the pathological features referring to the previous reports.

A case of neonate boy with tracheal agenesis and other anomalies, which is very rare, is reported. This case belongs to VATER association. No radiolucent area of trachea could be seen and esophagography demonstrated tracheoesophageal fistula and defects of trachea.
