[Outcome of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from HLA-matched sibling donor for 41 cases of severe aplastic anemia].
To evaluate the outcome of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) from HLA-matched sibling donor (MSD allo-HSCT) for severe aplastic anemia (SAA). ⋯ MSD allo-HSCT is an effective therapy for patients with SAA. Lower number of blood transfusion before transplantation, use of BMT, more number of infused CD34(+) cells can effectively prevent and treat aGVHD and IFI after transplantation, which may improve the efficacy of MSD allo-HSCT for SAA.

[Clinical study of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for relapsed/refractory acute lymphocytic leukemia].
To explore the efficacy and toxicity of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for relapsed/refractory acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). ⋯ Allo-HSCT is an effective therapy for relapsed/refractory ALL. Relapse after transplantation, fatal infection, and severe acute GVHD are the main causes for failure. DLI might decrease the relapse rate after transplantation.

[Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for acute lymphocytic leukemia].
To retrospectively analyze the results of a consecutive series of 100 ALL patients received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in our center. ⋯ Allo-HSCT can cure a significant proportion of ALL patients, especially for those in CR(1). There was no significant difference in OS, DFS between the two different conditioning regimens and the different transplant choices.

[Functional study of abnormal fibrinogen caused by Arg275His mutation in fibrinogen γ chain].
To investigate the function of abnormal fibrinogen in two inherited dysfibrinogenemia pedigrees. ⋯ We first reported cases of inherited dysgibrinogenemia associated with inherited AT deficiency. γArg275His mutation caused the abnormal fibrinogen in terms of fibrin mono polymerization and possibly in fibrinolysis. Combined use of routine TEG test and functional fibrinogen TEG test with comprehensive analyses of the parameters in both tests could better evaluate the level of functional fibrinogen and predict the risk of hemorrhage and thrombosis in patients with inherited dysfibrinogenemia.
