Epidemiological and clinical profiles of Saudi patients with hyperprolactinemia in a single tertiary care center.
Prolactin is a hormone of the pituitary gland whose main function is the production of milk. Hyperprolactinemia is defined as an increase in prolactin levels above 25 μg/L in women and 20 μg/L in men. Causes of hyperprolactinemia include pituitary tumors, especially prolactinomas. Hyperprolactinemia can manifest clinically with a variety of symptoms, including galactorrhea and menstrual irregularities in women and erectile dysfunction in men. There are limited data on the epidemiology of hyperprolactinemia in the Middle East region. ⋯ None.

Evaluation of the quality of life of patients with premature ejaculation (lifelong and acquired).
The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of life of patients with lifelong and acquired premature ejaculation and to examine its relationship with depression and anxiety. ⋯ Lifelong and acquired premature ejaculation patients deteriorate their quality of life: the deterioration in these patients' quality of life also negatively affects their depression and anxiety states.

Prevalence and correlates of erectile dysfunction among long-distance commercial vehicle drivers and commercial motorcycle riders in Ibadan Nigeria: a comparative cross-sectional study.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a global public health problem that affects the quality of life, interpersonal, occupational, and social functioning of sufferers. Despite being high-risk groups, there is a paucity of data on erectile dysfunction among commercial vehicle drivers and motorcycle riders. ⋯ There is a need for public education and awareness programmes on ED to reduce the burden and improve well-being in these populations.

Although erectile dysfunction (ED) is one of known long-term complications among male lymphoma survivors, it is not commonly reported, particularly in Southeast Asia. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of ED in lymphoma survivors in Malaysia and its association with anxiety and depression, and effects on quality of life. ⋯ Prevalence of ED and absence of sexual activity in lymphoma survivors was high. This should serve as a reminder to the treating clinician to offer early treatment and counselling.
