Silver dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Diabetic foot (DF) is one of the most common and serious chronic complications of diabetes. At present, there are many dressings used in the treatment of the diabetic foot. Among them, silver dressings are widely used, but the conclusion has not yet been formed. The purpose of this study is to search for relevant studies on the treatment of DF with silver dressings through evidence-based medicine methods and to draw conclusions with higher levels of evidence to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of DF. ⋯ This systematic review will provide a credible evidence-based for the clinical treatment of DF with silver dressings.

Alpha B-crystallin (CRYAB), as a small heat shock protein, may play critical roles in the tumorigenesis and progression of several kinds of human cancers. However, the prognostic value of CRYAB in solid malignancies remains controversial. The aim of the present study was to investigate the association between CRYAB expression and clinicopathology and prognosis of solid tumor patients. ⋯ CRYAB may serve as a valuable prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in human solid tumors.

Children are less likely to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 than adults and often have a milder course of COVID-19 disease and a lower case fatality rate. Children account for an estimated 1% to 8% of those diagnosed with COVID-19. Even so, preschool-aged children, infants, and children with underlying health conditions may still be at risk for severe disease and complications. Unique aspects of COVID-19 presentation and disease course in children and possible vertical transmission to newborns from COVID-19-positive mothers are discussed.

The value of caudate lobectomy in hilar cholangiocarcinoma treatment: A meta-analysis.
To discuss the value of caudate lobectomy in hilar cholangiocarcinoma (HCCA) treatment. ⋯ Combining caudate lobectomy can significantly increase the incidence of radical resection of HCCA and the postoperative survival time. The morbidity and mortality were not increased after the operation. Thus, caudate lobectomy should be included when performing partial hepatectomy for HCCA.
