    AbstractA patient with neuritic leprosy developed borderline skin lesions. Later, another skin lesion developed on the left side of the forehead with clinical involvement of the supraorbital branch of the ophthalmic division of the trigeminal nerve. Simultaneously, paralysis of the occipitofrontalis and mild paresis of orbicularis oculi occurred.
