AbstractIt is not uncommon for renal carcinomas to present with a solitary metastasis. A case of metastasis in the maxillary and mandibular gingiva as primary clinical sign of an asymptomatic, unknown renal carcinoma is reported. The diagnosis was not difficult. The biopsy of gingival swelling showed a clear cell carcinoma metastasis and the CT showed the tumor in the right kidney.
