    AbstractUnilateral pulmonary artery agenesis (UPAA) with pulmonary hypoplasia is a rare congenital anomaly. We describe a 71-year old male who was incidentally diagnosed with the right UPAA and a hypoplastic right lung supplied by collateralized right coronary.
