AbstractVenous thrombosis is commonly found in nephrotic syndrome, but arterial occlusion is never report in Thailand. Four cases with cerebral and femoral arteries occlusion were demonstrated. The early diagnosis and appropriate intervention can improve outcomes, reduce mortality and morbidity significantly.
