AbstractWe present a patient with left cervical aortic arch who had a complex aortic arch aneurysm consisting of multiple saccular aneurysmatic excavations, proximal aortic arch narrowing, a right subclavian artery aneurysm and subaortic left innominate vein diagnosed by computed tomographic angiography.
