    AbstractThe thoracic paravertebral block is effective in providing anesthesia and postoperative analgesia for thoracic and abdominal surgeries. This case report describes a suspected post-dural puncture headache following bilateral thoracic paravertebral blocks for postoperative analgesia after an umbilical hernia repair.
