AbstractWe report a case of autoimmune hemolytic anemia in a patient with mycosis fungoides. We propose that autoimmune hemolytic anemia may be induced by cutaneous lymphoproliferative diseases. Thus, hemolysis should be considered as a mechanism of anemia in patients with mycosis fungoides.
