    AbstractA 60-year-old man was admitted to our department with non ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock. Total revascularization, using percutaneous coronary intervention facilitated by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support, was performed, with a favorable outcome.
