ObjectiveWe describe the use of CT fluoroscopy as a guidance tool for performing interlaminar epidural steroid injections in the cervical spine.ConclusionCT fluoroscopy is an alternative method to perform cervical interlaminar steroid injections that allows precise needle placement in the epidural space.
