AbstractSeizures can cause severe musculoskeletal injuries and posterior shoulder dislocation is a typical result of a seizure. Bilateral posterior shoulder dislocation is rare and acetabular fractures caused by a seizure are also a rarity. We present the case of a 48-year-old man with simultaneous bilateral posterior shoulder fracture dislocations and bilateral acetabular fractures as a result of hypoglycemia-induced seizures.
