AbstractThe complete unilateral dilation of the vas deferens is an extremely rare radiologic finding. Most cystic structures adjacent to the prostate can be grouped into cysts and diverticula. The finding of an inguinal mass makes it necessary to rule out intestinal hernias and other entities. We present the case of a patient who developed an inguinal mass secondary to unilateral dilation of the vas deferens.Copyright © 2010 SERAM. Published by Elsevier Espana. All rights reserved.
