    Platelets in renal scleroderma.

    AbstractElectron microscopic findings in a case of suspected scleroderma (progressive systemic sclerosis) showed platelet aggregates within numerous capillary lumens of the kidney. Evidence suggests that platelets may be a factor in the pathogenesis of renal scleroderma.
