AbstractThe drug, atracurium besylate is one of a new series of competitive muscle relaxants. Doses of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 mg/kg produced neuromuscular block in the anaesthetised dog with no cardiovascular effects. The neuromuscular block was readily reversible by neostigmine.
