AbstractAlthough full metal jacket using drug-eluting stent (DES) for a single coronary artery disease has sparsely been described before, there is no report of safety and efficacy of complete metal jacket from left main (LM) to three major coronary arteries. We report a complete metal jacket case using 10 paclitaxel-eluting stents (PES; Taxus, Boston Scientific) for a triple vessel diffuse de novo coronary diseases who refused coronary artery bypass graft.
