AbstractAnomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is a rare cause of dilated cardiomyopathy. We present the first reported case of anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery diagnosed by point-of-care ultrasound, leading to expedited management, stabilization, and eventual treatment.
