AbstractPrimary pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma is rare. It is generally regarded as an aggressive tumor. We report, to our best knowledge, the first case of pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma with extensive intracardiac spread. This case illustrated the misleading clinical features of this condition. Previous literature is also reviewed.
