AbstractWith the increasing prevalence of chemotherapy in the treatment of neoplasia, antiemetic therapies have become essential and sophisticated: phenothiazines, benzodiazepines, steroids, substituted benzamides, butryphenones, anticholinergics and antihistamines, cannabinoids, and the 5-HT 3 receptor antagonist are reviewed.
