Cross-cultural adaptation and validation into Spanish of the deprescription questionnaire in the elderly patient.
In 2017, a questionnaire was developed in Italian with the aim of determining clinicians' perceptions of deprescription in the elderly population. The objective was to translate and cross-culturally adapt this deprescription questionnaire to Spanish. ⋯ This is the first cross-cultural adaptation to Spanish of this questionnaire, which will provide a tool to assess clinicians' perception of this practice and establish improvements to carry out this activity.

Sexual behavior and drug use impact in gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men.
The emergence of chemsex has raised several concerns about gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men's (GBMSM) health. In this study we aim to analyze illicit drugs and chemsex use, sexual behavior and sexually transmitted infections (STI) in GBMSM who attended to a sexual health clinic and to explore any potential association between drug use and STI. ⋯ The prevalence of drug use and chemsex was high among GBMSM in Barcelona. Chemsex was associated with group sex, taking PrEP, and contracting syphilis, gonorrhea, and HIV.

The most effective way to control severity and mortality rate of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is through sensitive diagnostic approaches and an appropriate treatment protocol. We aimed to identify the effect of adding corticosteroid and Tocilizumab to a standard treatment protocol in treating COVID-19 patients with chronic disease through hematological and lab biomarkers. ⋯ The study paves the way into the effectiveness of combining Dexamethasone with Tocilizumab in treatment COVID-19 patients with chronic diseases.
