Meta AnalysisThe use of esketamine in the treatment of patients with oral antidepressant-resistant depression: systematic review and meta-analysis.
The Guidelines Project, an initiative of the Brazilian Medical Association, aims to combine information from the medical field to standardize how to conduct, and to assist in the reasoning and decision-making of doctors. The information provided by this project must be critically evaluated by the physician responsible for the conduct that will be adopted, depending on the conditions and the clinical condition of each patient. Meta AnalysisColic and sleep outcomes of nonpharmacological intervention in infants with infantile colic: systematic review and metaanalysis.
The aim of this study was to systematically review the colic and sleep outcomes of nonpharmacological intervention in infants with infantile colic and perform a meta-analysis of the available evidence. ⋯ According to the meta-analysis findings, it was determined that the risk of bias was low in the studies included and that nonpharmacological chiropractic, craniosacral, and acupuncture treatments applied to infantile colic infants in the three included studies reduced crying time and intensity and increased sleep duration.

ReviewMost Cochrane systematic reviews and protocols did not adhere to the Cochrane's risk of bias 2.0 tool.
The aim of this study was to identify the frequency of Cochrane systematic reviews and Cochrane systematic reviews protocols using (or planning to use) the risk of bias 2.0 tool to assess the risk of bias of the included randomized clinical trials. ⋯ The Cochrane's risk of bias 2.0 tool has low adherence among Cochrane protocols and systematic reviews. Further efforts are necessary to facilitate the implementation of this new tool.

ReviewApplicability of vaginal energy-based devices in urogynecology: evidence and controversy.
This study aimed to analyze the evidence and controversies about the use of vaginal energy-based devices (laser and radiofrequency) for treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause, recurrent urinary tract infection, urinary incontinence, and genital prolapse through a literature review. ⋯ The potential of the vaginal laser and radiofrequency as a therapeutic arsenal for the evaluated urogynecological conditions is great, but qualified research must be done to prove their efficacy and long-term safety, define application protocols, and recommend the use of these technologies in clinical practice.

ReviewAnatomical features of sella turcica with comprehensive literature review.
This study aimed to explore the relationship between skeletal patterns and the frequency of sella turcica bridging in a sample of young Turkish adults in order to provide a better understanding of the relationship between craniofacial morphology and sella turcica abnormalities. ⋯ The normal dimensions, shape, and bridging of the sella turcica can be used by the orthodontist for diagnosis, treatment planning, and evaluation of various pathological conditions associated with the sella turcica.
