Lymphangiomas are congenital malformations of the lymphatic system that may involve the skin, subcutaneous tissues, and intestines. They account for 4% of all vascular tumors, but comprise 25% of benign vascular growths in children. ⋯ CLC appears localized to the dermis, although frequently extends deeper and laterally. It is important to distinguish CLC, a potentially recurrent disease, from an unusual type of metastatic carcinoma of the skin called carcinoma telangiectoides.

Case Reports
A histopathologic study of mechanic's hands associated with dermatomyositis: a report of five cases.
Mechanic's hand is a defined specific skin eruption associated with dermatomyositis; there are few reports concerning its histopathology. As mechanic's hand clinically resembles hand eczema, it is important to distinguish between these two conditions. ⋯ The histopathologic findings of mechanic's hands are specific and different from those of eczema. A histopathologic examination is useful for the diagnosis of mechanic's hands associated with dermatomyositis and a high incidence of interstitial pneumonia.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
Photodynamic therapy with methyl aminolevulinate for primary nodular basal cell carcinoma: results of two randomized studies.
Data suggest that photodynamic therapy using topical methyl aminolevulinate (MAL PDT) may be a noninvasive alternative to excisional surgery for nodular basal cell carcinoma (BCC). In the studies described here, we investigated the histologic response, tolerability, and cosmetic outcome with MAL PDT for primary nodular BCC (
