Randomized Controlled Trial
Efficacy and Safety of Drotaverine Hydrochloride in Children with Recurrent Abdominal Pain: A Randomized Placebo Controlled Trial.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Drotaverine hydrochroride in children with recurrent abdominal pain. ⋯ Drotaverine hydrochloride is an effective and safe pharmaceutical agent in the management of recurrent abdominal pain in children.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Umbilical Cord Milking and Hematological Parameters in Moderate to Late Preterm Neonates: A Randomized Controlled Trial.
To investigate the effect of umbilical cord milking on hematological parameters at 6 weeks of age in late preterm neonates. ⋯ In preterm neonates, umbilical cord milking at birth enhances iron stores at 6 weeks of age. Higher phototherapy rates with this intervention are a matter of concern.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Safety and efficacy of isotonic (0.9%) vs. hypotonic (0.18%) saline as maintenance intravenous fluids in children: a randomized controlled trial.
To compare the safety and efficacy of isotonic versus hypotonic maintenance fluid in children. ⋯ Reduced volume isotonic fluid results in fewer episodes of hyponatremia than hypotonic fluid in sick children during the first 48 hours of intravenous fluid therapy.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Intranasal clonidine vs. midazolam as premedication in children: a randomized controlled trial.
To compare anxiolysis produced by intranasal clonidine with intranasal midazolam as premedication in children undergoing surgery. ⋯ Though intranasal midazolam produced faster sedation, both the drugs produced satisfactory anxiolysis at 30 min.

Effect of kangaroo mother care vs expressed breast milk administration on pain associated with removal of adhesive tape in very low birth weight neonates: a randomized controlled trial.
To compare the pain relief effect of Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) and Expressed Breast Milk (EBM) on the pain associated with adhesive tape removal in very low birth weight (VLBW) neonates. ⋯ Removal of adhesive tape is a painful procedure for VLBW neonates. There was no difference between KMC and EBM in relieving pain associated with adhesive tape removal.
