Effectiveness and safety of fluoxetine for premature ejaculation: Protocol for a systematic review.
Premature ejaculation (PE) is one of the most common male sexual dysfunctions, which can directly harm men's self-esteem and affect the stability of the relationship between husband and wife. To some extent, PE even affects the harmony and stability of society. So, men's health has gained more and more attention. As one of the long-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), fluoxetine has been proven to be effective in the treatment of PE by many trails. In this study, we aim to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of fluoxetine for PE to provide the newest evidence for clinical use. ⋯ This systematic review will provide evidence to assess the effectiveness and safety of fluoxetine in the treatment of PE.

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) can be a stage of pre-dementia. Although the traditional Chinese exercise (TCE) has benefits associated with cognitive functions, the effects of the TCE on cognitive functions of older patients with MCI remain controversial. This study performs a meta-analysis to quantify the efficiency of TCE for older individuals on cognitive and psychological outcomes. ⋯ The findings of this study suggested that the TCE was associated with significant improvement in visuospatial function but did not affect the global cognitive functions, depression and other specific cognitive domains. There is a lack of clear evidence for effects of TCE; further large, rigorously designed studies are needed.

Traumatic brain injury is one of the leading causes of death and sources of heavy societal burden. Hypoxemia and hypercapnia are the 2 common complications of brain injury. Intubation seems to be an effective intervention for preventing the 2 complications in pre-hospital setting. But the results of the existing studies on the effect of pre-hospital intubation on prognosis of patients (aged less than 18) with severe traumatic brain injury are conflict. Thus, in this study, we aim to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate whether pre-hospital intubation is benefit for the prognosis in infants, children and adolescents with severe traumatic brain injury. ⋯ CRD42019121214.

Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are an established kind of drugs used to the treatment of most acid-related diseases. Some prospective studies have noticed that PPI use was associated with increased dementia risk. However, the results of those studies were inconsistent and controversial. This meta-analysis aims to determine the association of PPI use and risk of dementia among older people. ⋯ This meta-analysis suggests that there was no statistical association between PPIs use and increased risk of dementia or AD.

Meta Analysis
Glutathione-S-transferases M1/T1 gene polymorphisms and male infertility risk in Chinese populations: A meta-analysis.
A meta-analysis was applied to evaluate the associations between the glutathione-S-transferases (GSTs) M1/T1 gene polymorphisms and male infertility in Chinese populations. ⋯ Our meta-analysis supports that the GSTM1/GSTT1 null genotype might contribute to individual susceptibility to male infertility in Chinese populations.
