Case Reports
Adult-type granulosa cell tumor associated with elevated luteinizing hormone: Two rare case reports.
Adult-type granulosa cell tumors (AGCTs), which account for 2% to 5% of all malignant ovarian tumors, are rare sex cord-stromal tumors that usually secrete excess estrogens, but they can also secrete androgens. ⋯ The cases suggest that elevated serum LH levels may be a sign of unknown tumors in cases of oligomenorrhea or secondary amenorrhea. It is useful to evaluate the serum levels of inhibin B and anti-Müllerian hormone to improve the early recognition of ovarian granulosa cell tumors.

Uterine prolapse is a rare complication of pregnancy, and there is still no consensus on the choice of delivery method. ⋯ For pregnancy with uterine prolapse and cervical incarceration, transvaginal delivery is a potential treatment option. Maintenance of cervical retraction and oral mifepristone administration with misoprostol tablets is crucial during this delivery. This treatment can minimize the risk of cervical lacerations and uterine rupture, helping surgeons to complete the operation successfully.

The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to identify the current awareness about cervical cancer prevention among rural women in Luohe City as well as its potential influencing factors. Meanwhile, these data were expected to provide a theoretical basis for Luohe future cervical cancer prevention and therapy. Based on geographical distribution, 40 villages in Luohe City were randomly selected, and questionnaires were given to women in each village. ⋯ However, ethnicity, marital status, and spouse education level were not correlated with cognitive level (P > .05). In conclusion, low awareness of cervical cancer prevention among rural women in Luohe was correlated with individual, family, and social factors. So it was recommended to cultivate the rural population knowledge, optimize screening strategies, and conduct targeted cervical cancer prevention and treatment in rural regions.

Coal workers' pneumoconiosis (CWP) is one of the most common and severe occupational diseases worldwide. The main risk factor of CWP is exposure to respirable mine dust. Prediction theory was widely applied in the prediction of the epidemic. ⋯ We choose a better prediction model by comparing the prediction effect of the Auto Regression Integrate Moving Average model and Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity model. Compared with the Auto Regression Integrate Moving Average model, the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity model has a better prediction effect. Furthermore, the status quo and future trend of coal miners' CWP are still at a high level.

Pancreatic cancer (PC) is a malignant tumor of the digestive system with a poor prognosis. PC patients with pancreatitis have a worse prognosis. But nobody reported the relationship between inflammation and prognosis in PC. ⋯ TISIDB database founded brigatinib could target to MET. And AUTODOCK showed brigatinib had a nice docking with MET. Taken together, our study suggested that inflammation-associated prognostic signature might be used as novel biomarkers for predicting prognosis in PC patients and potential therapeutic target of the disease.
