A prospective multicenter study. ⋯ JOA, JOACMEQ, and VAS scores were not significantly different between those with, and without, loss of cervical lordosis. Preoperative small eROM and large OPLL may represent factors associated with loss of cervical lordosis after laminoplasty in patients with OPLL.

Multicenter Study
Quantifying the Contribution of Lower Limb Compensation to Upright Posture: What Happens if Adult Spinal Deformity Patients Do Not Compensate?
This is a multicenter, prospective cohort study. ⋯ Removal of lower limbs compensation revealed an unsustainable truncal malalignment with two-fold greater SVA.
-
Retrospective analysis of a prospectively collected multicenter database. ⋯ Reoperation <1 year after ACSD surgery did not influence 1-year radiographic outcomes or HRQoL.
-
A prospective multicenter study. ⋯ Clinical improvement was comparable between anterior and posterior fusion surgeries for patients with K-line (-) OPLL. The ideal surgical approach should be informed based on the balance between the surgeon's technical preference and the risk of complications.

Multicenter Study Observational Study
Outcome and Health Related Quality of Life after Combined Anteroposterior Surgery vs Anterior Surgery alone in Subaxial Cervical Spine Fractures: Analysis of a National Multicenter Dataset.
Observational study on prospectively collected data. ⋯ Patients operated on with anteroposterior or anterior surgery for subaxial cervical spine fractures are equally satisfied and report similar health-related quality of life measures.
