Early Multicenter Experience With the Neuroform Atlas Stent: Feasibility, Safety, and Efficacy.
The Neuroform Atlas stent™ (by Stryker, Fremont, California) represents the most recent widely available upgrade to intracranial stenting, providing a laser cut open cell stent with a diameter of 3.0 to 4.5 mm that is delivered through an 0.017-inch microcatheter. ⋯ Our series demonstrates the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of the Atlas stent. The low complication rate and the high obliteration rate managing complex aneurysms, even in an acute ruptured setting, are notable.

Effect of Omega-3 Supplementation in Patients With Smell Dysfunction Following Endoscopic Sellar and Parasellar Tumor Resection: A Multicenter Prospective Randomized Controlled Trial.
Endoscopic endonasal approaches pose the potential risk of olfactory loss. Loss of olfaction and potentially taste can be permanent and greatly affect patients' quality of life. Treatments for olfactory loss have had limited success. Omega-3 supplementation may be a therapeutic option with its effect on wound healing and nerve regeneration. ⋯ Omega-3 supplementation appears to be protective for the olfactory system during the healing period in patients who undergo endoscopic resection of sellar and parasellar masses.

High-Frequency Spinal Cord Stimulation at 10 kHz for the Treatment of Combined Neck and Arm Pain: Results From a Prospective Multicenter Study.
Intractable neck and upper limb pain has historically been challenging to treat with conventional spinal cord stimulation (SCS) being limited by obtaining effective paresthesia coverage. ⋯ In conclusion, 10-kHz SCS can treat intractable neck and upper limb pain with stable long-term outcomes.

Aneurysm Treatment With Woven EndoBridge in the Cumulative Population of Three Prospective, Multicenter Series: 2-Year Follow-Up.
Woven EndoBridge (WEB; Sequent Medical) treatment is an innovative endovascular approach for treatment of wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms. Initial studies have shown high safety with good efficacy at short term confirmed by trials conducted in United States (WEB-Intrasaccular Therapy) and in Europe (WEB Clinical Assessment of Intrasaccular Aneurysm Therapy [WEBCAST], French Observatory, and WEBCAST-2). ⋯ This analysis confirms the high safety profile of WEB treatment at 2 yr. Aneurysm occlusion is generally stable at 2 yr, and the retreatment rate between 1 yr and 2 yr is low (2.0%).

Predictors of Outcomes After Focused Ultrasound Thalamotomy.
Magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound thalamotomy (FUS-T) is an emerging treatment for essential tremor (ET). ⋯ We observed an improvement in outcomes in the postpivotal group compared to the pivotal group potentially reflecting a learning curve with FUS-T. The other associations of tremor outcomes included patient age, disease duration, peak temperature, and number of sonications.
