Fatigue and sleep disturbance in adult survivors of childhood cancer: a report from the childhood cancer survivor study (CCSS).
To examine the prevalence of and risk factors for fatigue and sleep disturbance among adult survivors of childhood cancer. ⋯ Because of the large sample size, we detected more objectively reported fatigue, sleep disturbance, and daytime sleepiness among adult survivors of childhood cancer. However, the clinical significance of these differences is questionable. Predictors of fatigue and poor sleep were similar in both survivors and the siblings.
