Hair follicle stem cell proliferation and differentiation are achieved by miR-1285-3P through targeted regulation of NOTCH pathway.
The purpose of this experiment is to understand how miR-1285-3P regulates the NOTCH signaling pathway by targeting, thereby affecting the proliferation and differentiation of hair follicle stem cells. The cultured Inner Mongolia hair follicle stem cells were used in this experiment, and they were divided into control group, blank transfection group and miR-1285-3P transfection group. Among them, the control group was left untreated; the blank group was given miR-NC transfection; at the same time, the miR-1285-3P transfection group was given miR-1285-3P mimics for transfection. ⋯ For hair follicle stem cells in each group, the proportion of cells in the G0-G1 phase was significantly different between the blank transfection group (63.18 ± 2.78) and the control group (64.29 ± 2.09), and the blank transfection group had a higher proportion (P < 0.05). In the process of miR-1285-3P targeting and regulating NOTCH signaling pathway, the proliferation and differentiation ability of hair follicle stem cells is affected. When NOTCH signaling pathway is activated, the differentiation of hair follicle stem cells is accelerated.

Factors associated with smoking cessation in exclusive smokers and dual users of e-cigarette and conventional cigarettes from CDTnet registry.
Dual use of electronic cigarettes and conventional cigarettes may be a transitional state towards cigarette smoking cessation. However, maintaining dual use may increase tobacco-related consequences as smoking behavior persists. The aim of our study was to describe characteristics of dual users and explore factors associated with their one-month abstinence in comparison to exclusive smokers in French smoking cessation services (SCS). ⋯ Factors positively associated with cessation in dual users were: being employed or retired, declaring three or more previous quit attempts, presenting with low nicotine dependence and high motivation to quit and benefiting from at least four follow-up consultations. Our results suggest that dual users seeking help to quit in SCS seem to benefit from support as much as exclusive smokers to reach abstinence, despite a higher level of nicotine dependence and comorbidities. Further research, especially qualitative, is needed on this specific group of smokers to provide tailored interventions to quit.

Real-time monitoring for sport and mental health prevention of college student based on wireless sensor network.
This article uses wireless sensor network technology to freely combine multiple sensor nodes to achieve, but the scale and capacity of WSN internal nodes are limited, so it is easier to encounter a series of network attacks and security threats. When setting the access protocol, the protocol needs to identify the precautions for malicious attacks against the network, and at the same time try to achieve a balance between network weights to improve the life cycle of the network. This paper presents a multi-station basis for a wireless sensor connection system. ⋯ We have analyzed the system demand information of college students' sport and mental health, and analyzed the problems that the system needs to solve in detail. Through in-depth analysis of the sport and mental health information system, using wireless sensor network technology, we conducts a thorough investigation of the needs of the student sport and mental health system. Then we conduct an in-depth analysis of the system structure, architecture design, business model, available system, database system, to make the system more acceptable to people.

Sensor-based cloud computing data system and long distance running fatigue assessment.
Wireless sensor networks are widely used in sports training, medical and health care, smart home, environmental monitoring, cloud data and other fields because of their large scale, self-organization, reliability, dynamic, integration and data centralization. Based on this point, this article conducts a comprehensive analysis and research on cloud computing data systems, and designs and implements a dynamic replication strategy. Since different users have different demands for different data at different times, it is necessary to record and analyze recent users' data access, so as to actively adjust the number and location of data blocks. ⋯ This study will design a simulated specialized exercise load experiment to reproduce the load characteristics of excellent athletes during mid to long distance running, in order to induce exercise fatigue in the main muscles of different parts of their bodies. At the same time, the amplitude frequency joint analysis of the surface changes of EMG signal in this process is carried out. This article conducts research on sensor based cloud computing data systems and long-distance running fatigue assessment, promoting the development of cloud computing data systems and improving long-distance running fatigue assessment methods.

Data analysis of physical recovery and injury prevention in sports teaching based on wearable devices.
Athletes can also cause damage to some parts of their body during training, so specialized preparation activities should be carried out before athlete training to reduce the damage caused to the athlete's body, allowing the stressed parts to move and distribute the load. Excessive recovery has a significant effect on improving the performance level of the athletes studied and preventing sports injuries. This article studies the data analysis of body recovery and injury prevention in physical education teaching based on wearable devices. ⋯ By using Internet of Things technology to transmit data to cloud servers, data analysis and mining techniques are used to process the data and study issues related to body recovery and injury prevention. Specifically, this article adopts methods such as time series analysis, machine learning algorithms, and artificial neural networks to analyze the relationship between exercise data and body recovery and injury prevention, providing scientific guidance and support for physical education teaching. This method can monitor students' exercise data in real-time, predict the risk of physical recovery and injury, and provide corresponding prevention and guidance suggestions.
