The goal of this study was to assess chest computed tomography (CT) diagnostic accuracy in clinical practice using RT-PCR as standard of reference. ⋯ In our experience, in a context of high pre-test probability, CT scan shows good sensitivity and a consistently higher specificity for the diagnosis of COVID-19 pneumonia than what reported by previous studies, especially when clinical and epidemiological features are taken into account.

Advanced diffusion weighted imaging of the prostate: Comparison of readout-segmented multi-shot, parallel-transmit and single-shot echo-planar imaging.
This study evaluates objective and subjective image quality (IQ) of three different diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) sequences in prostate MRI at 3.0 Tesla within the same patients. ⋯ Rs-EPI and ptx-EPI were superior to ss-EPI regarding contrast intensity of PCA, but inferior regarding SNR. Subjective imaging parameters were superior for rs-EPI. Especially rs-EPI, but also ptx-EPI might improve and faciliate prostate cancer detection, rs-EPI at the expense of a longer acquisition time.

To build a radiomics model of liver contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) to predict hepatic encephalopathy secondary to Hepatitis B related cirrhosis. ⋯ The integrated model of radiomics and clinical features could well predict HE secondary to hepatitis B related cirrhosis.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the most important imaging modality in the diagnosis and follow-up of glial brain tumors. ⋯ 68Ga PSMA PET imaging is found to be particularly useful in differentiating Grade IV glial tumors from other grades. This finding is thought to be important in the differentiation the relapse with postoperative tissue changes, which is an important problem in the follow-up.

Observational Study
Spectrum of chest computed tomographic (CT) findings in coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) patients in India.
To report the spectrum of chest computed tomographic (CT) imaging findings in coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) infected Indian patients. ⋯ In this study population predominantly with mild symptoms and few comorbidities, two-thirds of RT-PCR positive patients had a normal chest CT; whereas the remaining patients showed typical findings of predominant GGOs with a bilateral distribution and peripheral predominance.
